We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fast Vault. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item under the terms below.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as personalized or special order items).

  • Personal care items (such as beauty and hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (final sale).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
